CF Post 77 Legion Baseball

The mission of Post 77 Legion baseball is to develop young men into people of high character. They will possess the qualities of integrity, responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. This will be accomplished while having fun playing competitive American Legion baseball.

Tryouts

Tryouts will be held at 12:00pm on Sunday, May 7th, at Sippel Field - Hallie Park (4902 117th Street, Chippewa Falls).

Players should bring all of their own gear for the tryout.

Ages

There will be 16U, 17U, and 19U teams.

Players born in 2004 or 2005 must play on the 19U team.
Players born on or after August 1st, 2006 are eligible for the 16U team.
Players born on or after January 1st, 2006 are eligible for the 17U team.

When

The American Legion season will begin in early June and finish near the end of July.

Games

Teams will play approximately 3-5 games per week. All teams will play 20+ games in their season.

Home games are played at Gannon Field in Casper Park.

Jerseys

Each player will be provided with a team hat and team jersey.

Extras

Players will be responsible for their own pants, belts, and socks.

Players will also be responsible for their own transportation to and from games as well as lodging if needed.
